HOW DO YOU WORK?

I have been doing this job for over 20 years and the experience acquired in the wedding sector has allowed me to consolidate a staff made up of both photographers and video operators for shooting both from the ground and the air photographic and video. The staff consolidated over time, even with six operators, allows and guarantees maximum discretion in carrying out the shooting.
The direction of the service is entrusted to a single subject who coordinates the use of radio transmitters equipped with earphones, thus allowing, on the one hand, direct and instantaneous contact with the entire staff, on the other to work discreetly and professional with respect for the customer.
Furthermore, the entire staff is equipped with a uniform that guarantees an appropriate presence at the event.
We work carefully to meet deadlines to ensure the entire event is not delayed.

DO YOU ALSO WORK ABROAD?

The headquarters are in Florence, but we work both in Italy and abroad. From the wedding gallery it is possible to see that we have worked: in Tuscany, Lake Bracciano (Rome), Switzerland, Paris, Portugal and New York. Travel expenses will be calculated and agreed with the customer at the of the contract.

HOW MUCH DOES THE PHOTO SERVICE COST?

The photographic service is calculated on the basis of the client’s request and in relation to the duration of our service. We consider it necessary to let you that the service is always carried out with 2 photographers to ensure the adequate quality. HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

The choice of the photographer certainly raises questions and in my opinion the evaluations to be made can be summarized as follows:

– understanding how much experience the professional has in the field of the wedding and knowing approximately how many wedding services he has carried out could be useful, relying on those with experience for greater security.

– you must like the style with which he carries out the services.

– no less important is the human relationship. It should not be forgotten that the photographer is the only insider who stays next to the couple throughout the day, therefore the trust and empathy that is created between the photographer and the married couple is a fundamental element. When, on the other hand, the photographer meets the bride and groom on the wedding day itself (it can happen in the case f foreign weddings) he will and must be able, thanks to the experience acquired over the years, to adapt and understand the type of event.

– the ability of all the staff to be discreet when photographing in respect of the event.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS DO I NEED FOR MY WEDDING?

In relation to the importance of the event and the experience gained over the years, we believe it is our duty to always carry out the service with two photographers in order to guarantee the due quality. Naturally, in the event that the number of guests is greater than 200, but above all in relation to the customers’ requests, all the necessary variables will be agreed.

HOW DO OU CHOOSE WHAT TO PHOTOGRAPH? CAN I MAKE REQUESTS?

In wedding photo shoots there are moments that cannot be missed such as: the entrance of bride and groom during the ceremony, the exchange of rings, signatures and even photos with parents, relatives and friends who have shared such a special moment with you. The other photos, including the preparation of the bride and groom, the arrivals as the ceremony, the photo shoot of the couple after the celebration and the reportage of the aperitif, represent the most creative and spontaneous part of the day. We do not work with a project studied at the table, excluding very special cases, since we believe that every wedding has its own emotional part so it will never be similar to another wedding. You can still make requests, it will be our care to find the meeting point to welcome and implement them. Our intent is to photographer the wedding day as the tailor sews a tailored suit so as to provide each couple with a unique service.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A REPORTAGE SERVICE?

I believe that being honest with those asking this question is absolutely a form professional seriousness. We often hear about reportage and we actually see very little about it. The bride and groom are not actors, and asking them to move in front of the lens, trying to ignore the photographer, many not be easy, not everyone succeeds and you run the risk of creating a photo shoot that will not satisfy the bride and groom. The report can be made when the bride and groom are together with the guests, for example before entering the church, after the ceremony and during the aperitif, when the photographer “hides” and takes pictures from afar, capturing particular and spontaneous moments. When, on the other hand, the spouses take the couple’s photos, alone with the photographer, the spontaneity of the images will be obtained above all in relation to the relationship of trust and the empathy that will have been created between them.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN YOU WORK ON THE WEDDING?

From experience, the service lasts between 8 and 9 hours of work. We are available to increase the hours if necessary, or we can provide an hourly service if the customer’s needs require it.

WHEN AND HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS? HOW DO YOU MANAGE IMAGES?

All images will be delivered in high resolution on DVD and/ or USB support or sent by e-mail. The choice of photos will take place only if the costumer has requested the album. To recreate the story of the well choose the shots by creating a sequence from the beginning to the end of the event. Once the digital album has been created, costumers will view the preview asking for any changes before giving consent to print.

Delivery times for all photo: fifteen days from the wedding date.
Album delivery times: three months from the wedding date.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

Once the offer has been sent and agreed with the spouses, it will be necessary to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total as confirmation of the requested service.

WHAT IF MY PHOTOGRAPHER HAS A PROBLEM?

Seriousness firt! We are not invincible but we are serious. The staff consolidated over time allows us to manage difficult situations and the collaboration with professional colleagues guarantees the costumer the possibility of having the requested service.

DO YOU DO VIDEO SERVICES?

We carry out video services that follow the style of the photographer. Colleagues with whom we have been working for many years and over time we have created an autonomy and harmony that allows us to work with an excellent collaboration to obtain a product that satisfies the customer’s requests. The video services are always carried out with two operators to obtain shots from different points and ways.

DO YOU CARRY OUT AERIAL VIDEOSERVICE (DRONES)?

Yes, we carry out aerial video services with drones. Naturally I recommend this service to clients as an addition to the video service as it does completely different shots. Aerial video is done with multiple types of drones according to costumer’s requests. We can also offer cinema shooting. For this last service, two operators are needed for the correct technical management of the shooting. We are in possession of all the authorizations in compliance with the current law
